Tardiness, Same-Day Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All deposits are nonrefundable due to the deposit being placed as a reservation for your time & Revamp’s time. Tardiness beyond the 15 minute grace period will result in cancellation & your deposit will not be transferred to a new booking. Furthermore, failure to inform Revamp about your cancellation or doing a no call/no show will result in a restriction from booking with Revamp in the future. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because same-day cancellations & same-day reschedules leave little to no opportunity to fill the appointment, they are treated the same under Revamp's booking policy. * Appointments canceled or rescheduled on the same day as the scheduled service will result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid. * If no deposit was collected for the original appointment, a same-day cancellation/rescheduling fee of 50% of your service cost must be paid before another appointment can be booked. * A new deposit is required to secure any future appointment after a same-day cancellation or same-day reschedule. * Repeated same-day cancellations or reschedules may result in future appointments requiring full prepayment or, at Revamp's discretion, refusal of future bookings.
